Punga Tails Inserts

The unique feature of Punga Tails® nappies are the ultra absorbent inserts made from a combination of microfibre and bamboo.

Microfibre wicks moisture away from babies skin while the bamboo holds onto the moisture. Bamboo has excellent moisture retention properties - up to 60% more absorbent than cotton.

This ultra absorbent combination means fewer nappy changes and ensures your babies skin is keep dry reducing the incidence of nappy rash. Because moisture is retained within the bamboo there is less incidence of nappies leaking onto clothing.

Inserts are folded into 3 layers and can doubled up in areas of greater wetness i.e in the front for boys and in the middle for girls. In total this insert has 6 layers when folded up!
